A recent example to highlight this agility was when one of our pump controller customers needed an application for turning Solenoid Valves on and off based on a float position. The position of the valves needed to be indicated by LED’s. Further, the solution needed to be compact, retain their branding, and be cost effective. They could have produced a solution by having an electrician/engineer use off the shelf componentry. However, this would have resulted in a large unit with no branding and … well just look a bit ugly. We were able to utilise their existing pump controller PCB, existing enclosure, and, with a slight tweak of their label, we met all their requirements. Not only did this result in keeping their controller branded and simple, it also provided them with another controller they can use for other applications, creating additional revenue and up-selling opportunities!
